Marianna Vologni, Head of ISS EMEA Custom Research team based in Brussels, manages the research teams responsible for customized voting policies for ISS EMEA clients. The teams implement voting policies on the basis of client-specific guidelines. Marianna joined ISS in 2006, working on the Italian standard research team. In 2007, Marianna moved to Custom Research, working on voting policies of French investors. In 2017, Marianna took on the management of the UK custom research team. She now manages a team of 34 analysts in Brussels, London, Paris, Stockholm, and Berlin. She has extensive experience and expertise in client consultation and policy development with EMEA investors, particularly UK, German, Dutch, and French clients.

Marianna holds a master’s degree in European Studies from the College of Europe.
