Andrew Linberg is Head of Custom Research for ISS clients in the Americas. In this role, Andrew and his teams provide corporate governance policy counseling and guideline development to global institutional investors, supplying expertise on global corporate governance matters. He also oversees implementation of client-specific proxy voting guidelines and assists clients in fulfilling various aspects of their investment stewardship programs. Andrew serves on ISS’ Policy Steering Committee which is responsible for ISS’ benchmark voting policy development process

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Delaware and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
