Andrew Linberg is an Executive Director, and Head of ISS Custom Research for the Americas. In his position, Andrew provides corporate governance policy counseling and guideline development to global institutional investors. In addition, he oversees implementation of client-specific proxy voting guidelines and assists clients in fulfilling various aspects of their ESG and investment stewardship programs. Andrew also serves on ISS’ Steering Committee which is responsible for ISS’ benchmark voting policy development process.

Andrew received a B.A. from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Law Forum.
