Abstract
- A number of updates were introduced to the Corporate Governance Codes of all three Scandinavian countries during 2014 some of which came into effect in 2015. These include for example new gender equality reporting requirements in Sweden and a new recommendation in Norway to split the general say-on-pay vote into two distinct proposals (one advisory vote and one binding vote).
- Several Swedish companies will hold their first AGM as a listed company this spring, following a comparatively high level of new listings in this market during 2014.
