This report marks the third installment in a series of Climate & Voting reports initiated in 2021. The primary aim of this report is to look back over the trends concerning climate-related voting matters, as seen through the lens of shareholder voting at company general meetings (GMs) primarily through 2022 and 2023, but also with reference to earlier years and setting the scene for 2024 and going forward.
