Kevin O’Leary serves as ISS’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.

In these roles, he is responsible for ISS’s Infrastructure, Data Centers, Corporate Technology, and Information Security programs. Kevin works closely with the business and application development teams to build our client-facing applications that are highly scalable, resilient, and secure. Kevin chairs ISS’s Information Security Council and co-chairs our Business Continuity management programs.

Kevin brings 30 years of financial services technology experience to ISS. A results-driven leader, he has held IT leadership and senior technical roles with Massachusetts State Treasury, RiskMetrics Group, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Putnam and Fidelity Investments.

Kevin earned a B.S.B.A in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
