With the recent renewed focus on Active Ownership due to the introduction of the Danish Stewardship Code this year, this seminar focuses on the practicalities of implementation for both asset owners and asset managers.

9.15 a.m. – 10.00 a.m.	Developing and implementing a voting policy This session explores how investors can control their own voting policies and final vote decisions while leaving the processing and management portions of the process to ISS. It also covers how asset owners can maintain effective oversight of their asset managers’ active ownership activities.
10.00 a.m. – 10.45 a.m.	How ISS Analytics can support active ownership implementation This session demonstrates how ISS’ global governance data and analytics can support investment decision-making, risk monitoring and engagement within portfolio companies.
