About Jean-Charles Guillemin
Jean-Charles is the Global Head of Integrated Solutions at ISS ESG, responsible for Alternative Research, Sovereign Research, Thematic Research, and Traditional Research. He brings 17 years of experience as an institutional asset allocator, specialized in alternative investments and ESG strategies. Having served on multiple investment committees, and held senior investment roles across the asset management industry, he has a strong track record in manager research, portfolio/risk management, fund structuring, and capital markets.Jean-Charles holds a Master’s in Management from ESC Dijon (France) and a Diplom-Kaufmann from Hochschule Harz (Germany). He is Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), a Chartered Member of the CISI (MCSI), and passed both the CFA UK’s Certificate in ESG Investing, and Certificate in Climate & Investing.
