Bob Lemmond is Chief Revenue Officer at Institutional Shareholder Services where he leads the global sales organization with responsibility for ISS’ overall revenue across its Governance Research & Voting and ESG business units.

Most recently, Bob served as Chief Commercial Officer at Clarivate Analytics and, earlier, as President and General Manager of Mediant Communications, a firm specializing in regulated and digital shareholder communications to banks, brokerage firms, corporate issuers, and investment companies. He served for several years as CEO and President of Wolters Kluwer’s Law and Business division and, prior to that, as President and General Manager of IHS Global Insight. Previously, he was EVP of Global Sales for the Primark Corporation, a leading provider of data and analytics to the financial services industry and acquired by Thomson Reuters.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College and has completed executive management programs from Columbia Business School and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School.
