Paul is Head of Manila Research, where he oversees the research, and voting recommendations of research covered by the ISS Manila Research team. The Manila team assists with the vote recommendations of a number of markets including; US, Latam, UK, Canada, Asia, Specialty and European Custom research reports. He works with Global Heads of Research where he assists in providing consistent and quality research reports.

Prior to joining ISS in 2014, Paul was a Director at S&P Ratings in Hong Kong providing credit ratings on regional financial services companies. He also worked for S&P in their Melbourne office providing financial institution and insurance ratings and the London Office.

Paul started his career at the Insurance and Superannuation Commission in Canberra (now part of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority – APRA) and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia.
